LEASES AND FEES

Our lease agreements are one year in length with a required 60 day notice. This ensures low vacancy rates and improves your overall cash flow. Rental fees equal first month’s rent and ongoing property management service fees are 10% of rent collected. Discounted fee structure available for multiple properties.
